IMP Distribution In and Evaporation From The Sun
نویسنده
چکیده
This paper analyzes the evaporation of WIMPS (weakly interacting massive particles) from the sun, both analytically and numerically. First an analytic approximation is made by defining an appropriate truncation of a Maxwell-Boltzmann distribution for the WIMPS and calculating the exact evaporation rate from this distribution due interaction with a truly thermal distribution of nuclei. Then, the actual (non-thermal) distribution of Dirac neutrino WIMPS in the sun is calculated numerically for WIMPS of mass 1-7 GeV. Evaporation from the actual and thermal distributions are compared. It is found that the evaporation mass for a solar lifetime is 3.7 GeV and, for an 'annihilation lifetime ,' 2.9 GeV. These are about 8% lower than the most well-reasoned previous estimate.

Detection of VIM- and IMP-type Metallo-Beta-Lactamase Genes in Acinetobacter baumannii Isolates from Patients in Two Hospitals in Tehran
Background: Acinetobacter baumannii, is an opportunistic pathogen and is responsible for numerous nosocomial infections. In recent years, this microorganism has been resistant to a wide range of antibiotics. One of the most important mechanisms of resistance in this microorganism is production of metallo-beta-lactamases (MBLs). Objectives: The aim of this study was to detect VIM- and IMP-type ...

Using empirical models for estimating evaporation requires a lot of variables that some of them can not be measured in the stations. Therefore, this study aimed to simulate the daily evaporation of Tabriz synoptic satation using meteorological data including average temperature of air (ْc), wind velocity mean (m/s), relative humidity (%) and sun light hours by Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference Syst...
متن کاملPrevalence of IMP and VIM Metallo-Beta-Lactamases in Pseudomonas aeruginosa Isolates from Clinical and Environmental Specimens in Intensive Care Units (ICUs) of Rasht Hospitals, Iran
Introduction: Pseudomonas aeruginosa is one of the leading causes of nosocomial infections, and antibiotic resistance of this pathogen is an important concern in treating such infections. The current work was conducted to investigate the prevalence of bla-IMP, and bla-VIM metallo-beta-lactamase (MBL) among clinical and environmental P. aeruginosa isolates obtained from ICUs of different hospita...
متن کاملSolar Latitudinal Distribution of Solar Flares around the Sun and Their Association with Forbush Decreases during the Period of 1986 to 2003
Solar flare events of high importance were utilised to study solar latitudinal frequency distribution of the solar flares in northern and southern hemisphere for the solar cycle 22 to recent solar cycle 23. A statistical analysis was performed to obtain their relationship with sudden storm commencement (SSCs) and Forbush decrease events (Fd) of cosmic ray intensity. An 11-year cyclic variation ...

Background & Objectives: Pseudomonas aeruginosa is a leading cause of Hospital-acquired infection worldwide. The organisms isolated are often resistant to multiple antimicrobials particularly which are metallo-beta-lactamases (M&betaL) producers. Therefore, the present study was designed to molecular detection of Metallo-beta-lactamases genes in P. aeruginosa isolated from the burn patients...
